In 2020, Corfield’s Electrical was engaged by Marcel Cliffe Pty Ltd to complete the electrical reticulation and street lighting of its existing master planned residential community development at Paramount Park.
To date Corfield’s have completed the electrical reticulation and street lighting for 2 stages which has delivered 29 allotments. This included the installation of pillars, street lighting, and transformers inline with Ergon Energy specifications for residential subdivision.
Corfield’s Electrical have taken a collaborative and transparent approach in all dealings with Marcel Cliffe PTY LTD and their partners. This has transpired in the formation of strong and productive relationships that have been to the mutual benefit of all parties and the project.
Our intimate knowledge of the project and Marcel Cliffe Pty Ltd deliverables have enabled us to provide certainty of delivery, and resulted in our site teams being recognised on numerous occasions for their ability to go above and beyond to deliver the best outcomes for the project. This understanding also extends to the local authorities (Ergon Energy and Rockhampton Regional Council), Marcel Cliff’s consultants, the Paramount Park sales team, and the community.
